Senior LevelIverson is a creative and technology partner to ambitious companies, helping them identify opportunities and solve pressing problems. They are looking for a high-agency Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences and lead product design efforts for client projects.
Design
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design for client projects: discovery workshops, user research, information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, and design systems
Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, scalable design solutions for web, iOS, and Android platforms
Build interactive prototypes (Figma) to validate concepts with users and stakeholders; bonus for Framer, Webflow, or micro-interactions via Lottie/GSAP
Partner with engineering to ensure feasible, performant implementation and iterate post-launch based on data and feedback
Present design rationale to clients with confidence, backed by research, metrics, and storytelling
Create and maintain reusable component libraries and design tokens that scale across products and brands
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in product design, ideally in a creative agency or startup environment
A strong portfolio showcasing product design work, mobile and/or web, is required
A sharp eye for craft and a strategic mind to balance usability, accessibility, and business goals
Ability to juggle concurrent projects with overlapping deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
Clear, confident, and collaborative in presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and aligning with stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and adherence to brand guidelines
Deep knowledge of product development lifecycles and how design integrates with PMs, engineers, and QA
Proactive, resourceful, and relentless in delivering exceptional design work
You are open to using AI tools and have experimented with tools as part of your creative process
A lighthearted, positive attitude that contributes to our culture of fun and creativity
