Spearhead strategic expansion into new states
Lead high-stakes RFPs from scouting opportunities to submission and negotiation
Build influential partnerships with Medicaid agencies and MCOs
Conduct market and regulatory research to guide strategic decisions
Collaborate with leadership on financial modeling and feasibility studies
Represent CDS at industry events and elevate our brand presence
Qualification
Required
4+ years in senior-level business development, ideally in healthcare or Medicaid
2+ years of RFP management experience in HCBS or healthcare
Deep understanding of HCBS programs
Proven success in expanding services across geographic markets
Bachelor's degree required
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel
