Responsibilities

Assist in the development and administration of financial applications (Adaptive Planning) and modules within the ERP (Dynamics 365)
Help coordinate software updates and enhancements based on user feedback and technical requirements
Support the implementation of internal controls within the financial systems to ensure data integrity and security
Participate in projects aimed at automating processes, enhancing data quality, and optimizing reporting functions
Collaborate with IT and Finance to assist in developing data models for financial reporting and analysis
Engage in training and development activities to enhance technical and soft skills

Required

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program related to Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eager to learn and contribute to financial management and system improvements
Basic understanding of accounting principles and system functionalities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive and eager to take on new challenges
Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior team members

Preferred

Previous internship or academic experience in technology or finance is a plus
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and financial applications is desirable
Interest in project management and information technology as it relates to finance
