Responsibilities

Manage Partner Relationships: Own and nurture relationships with channel partners, including resellers and integration partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
Expand Partner Network: Proactively identify and recruit new partners through strategic outreach, building a strong pipeline of potential referral opportunities
Drive Growth Through Marketplace Listings: Develop and optimize partner marketplace listings to increase visibility and generate new business
Lead Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing activities, including sales promotions, conferences, webinars, product updates, and email campaigns to drive mutual success
Enhance Partner Engagement: Design and oversee enablement programs, loyalty incentives, and events that empower partners and deepen their engagement
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of partner programs

Required

Background in sales, marketing, or account management

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, constantly pushing yourself to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
