Content Marketing Manager
Hatch is a company dedicated to improving sleep habits through innovative products and content. They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing and promotion of their subscription content, utilizing nontraditional marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities
Partner with Content and Marketing teams to execute on launch plans for upcoming releases both on platform and off platform
Evolve and execute on an ongoing marketing strategy around •The Nightly• (adult) and •Lulu’s Late Night• (kid), with a focus on driving brand awareness, IP development and discoverability
Learn the tools of the trade—Airtable, Braze, YouTube Studio, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, etc
Immerse yourself in Hatch’s subscription content library, brand voice, and workflows
Test and learn into nontraditional marketing touchpoints—Reddit communities, podcast guest appearances, blog posts, targeted newsletters, and Discord—to connect authentically with listeners
Build a strategy and collaborate with •The Nightly• hosts and other key Hatch Talent across our roster to grow our brand; collaborate on social posts, oversee creation, delivery and publishing of social assets, find PR opportunities, engage in community
Write blog posts about Hatch content and IP
Work with our Design team to produce on budget, on brand assets for Hatch content off-platform—from podcast art to YouTube thumbnails to social media graphics—so every touchpoint reinforces our Hatch IP; ensure that visuals are optimized for each respective platform
Execute and evolve a video strategy to bring Hatch content to life off platform and drive awareness to both new and existing customers, both for new content launches and for timely moments via The Nightly
Build, upload, and publish TikTok and YouTube videos, ensuring assets meet technical and creative standards and metadata is optimized with sharp, keyword-rich titles and descriptions
Be very familiar with marketing and content calendars and be responsible for flagging assets needed by marketing team and ensuring production of them
Strategize growth and exposure for the new @hatchpodcasts handle
Update content page on hatch.co with latest content, including alarms and unwinds
Bonus: advocate with the product team to make the alarms sharable
Bonus: Develop a strategy to showcase alarms off-platform, and ongoing promotion of new alarms
Coordinate between the content programming team and the marketing team so that off and on platform promotion are in sync
Strategize growth of Hatch-owned IP through various marketing channels, storytelling and PR opportunities, including podcast guesting
Coordinate and execute off-platform campaigns, including YouTube trailers, Spotify promotions, and cross-promotions
Continue to expand nontraditional tactics into new audience spaces—exploring partnerships with niche influencers, live AMAs on Reddit or Discord, interactive community challenges, and co-branded content drops
Work with marketing and design partners to develop and maintain evergreen visual asset kits that can be easily adapted for campaigns across all marketing channels
Take ownership of cross-platform Hatch content marketing campaigns from concept through launch
Experiment with unique podcast growth strategies—bonus content drops, themed releases, seasonal stunts, and creator collaborations
Strategically engage with the Health & Fitness content and content-subscription community to grow brand awareness for Hatch
Analyze performance metrics and optimize future releases based on data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
6 years experience in podcast, audio, or content marketing
Proficiency with publishing tools for TikTok, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube
Proficiency with social community building tools including Discord and Reddit
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage overlapping deadlines
Eye for detail with metadata, artwork, and platform-specific requirements
Creative mindset for developing innovative marketing campaigns
Preferred
Familiarity with audio/video production workflows is a plus
