RV Warranty Administrator

National Indoor RV Centers is actively seeking a Warranty Administrator. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of warranty verification, submission of claims, and ensuring customer needs are met regarding warranties for parts or vehicles.

Responsibilities

Works with manufacturers and service department to verify warranties of parts and service, keeping costs associated with repairs within the estimates of the warranty and submitting claims
Maintaining a good relationship with manufacturers, service advisors, service technicians and managers
Collect proper information from your advisors to get service done in a timely manner
Keep accounts current and accurate
Make phone calls as well as answer calls and emails timely on warranty issues

Required

Must have excellent customer relations skills, understand warranty process internally and externally
Dependable and trustworthy
