Responsibilities
Experience in Design, Project Management, and Construction Documentation Required
Proven strength in design leadership, project management, and construction documentation
Contribute to design work that is environmentally, socially, and culturally impactful—both in the U.S. and abroad
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from concept through construction
Proven ability in construction documentation, specifications, plant materials, and coordination with consultants
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture (required); Similar degrees may be considered
Proficiency in AutoCAD, RHINO/Sketch Up, REVIT/BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365
Strong graphic and presentation skills, with the ability to produce compelling visuals and presentations
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from concept through construction
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of design, documentation, and constructability
Experience in a range of project types and scales, both public and private
Proven ability in construction documentation, specifications, plant materials, and coordination with consultants
Interest or experience in business development and client relations
Preferred
BIM / Revit
Lumion, D5 and other visualization platforms
Hand sketching
