Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, and operate 800 C machinery according to production specifications and schedules
Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly to minimize downtime
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols
Document machine settings, production data, and maintenance activities
Train and assist junior operators on proper machine operation and safety procedures
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as a machine setter or operator, preferably with 800 D machinery or similar equipment
Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in quality control processes and safety procedures
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery maintenance
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Technical certifications related to machine operation
