The Senior Experiential Designer is responsible for leading 3D conceptual modeling of branded environments and collaborating closely with Marketing leadership to deliver impactful presentations.

Responsibilities
Lead pre-sales conceptual design to differentiate company in high-value opportunities
Handle creative direction and strategic rollout for business initiatives across a variety of media
Actively collaborates with Director of Marketing and VP of Marketing & Strategic Ops to establish key deliverables
Create content marketing pieces, ads, landing page graphics, digital banners, and miscellaneous web materials for display on social media
Design physical displays, banners, and material handouts for trade shows and other events
Assist with enhancing sales presentations and executive presentations in PowerPoint
Help develop consistent staging principles and communications strategy for Stratus brand elements
Create graphics for internal communications and the People & Culture team
Assist with RFPs/RFIs visuals as needed (case studies, similar project context, industry-specific capabilities, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Candidate possesses strong knowledge of exterior and interior signage / visual brand systems
Has ability to develop or translate ideas into compelling visual representations
Excels at developing impactful client-facing presentations with professional layout and internal narrative
Has familiarity interpreting architectural elevations, plans, and section details
Possesses critical attention to detail and comprehension of client brand documents
3D spatial modeling
Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
Microsoft Office, emphasis on PowerPoint
3D software knowledge
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite familiarity a strong plus
Video editing experience preferred
