Responsibilities

As a “seller/doer,” with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, personally accountable for bringing in $1million+ (net revenue) spanning EH&S compliance, due diligence, site assessment, remediation, and hazardous materials assessment services annually. Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take active leadership role in the development of new business with new and existing clients. Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business

Capitalize on existing client relationships and account management to expand Stantec’s profile and market share in the regional market (through a combination of excellence in technical delivery and business development)

Direct and develop complex EH&S compliance, site investigation, remediation, and construction projects with multi-person project teams. Oversee multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables

Provide leadership in building high performing teams, managing staff performance, recruiting and retention, and mentoring personnel for overall success of the practice team

Develop a working understanding of Stantec’s other consulting practice areas, sector model and actively support cross-selling other services to existing and new emerging clients

Minimum Experience (Total Years): 15

Degree Level: Four Years College
