Responsibilities

Partner with clients and internal teams to scope AI opportunities, translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, and define measurable outcomes

Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand priorities, identify risks, and align AI solutions to business goals

Advise on solution design choices — balancing innovation, usability, and risk management to ensure responsible and effective AI adoption

Build and refine AI strategy materials including pitch decks, business cases, and roadmaps that clearly articulate value, ROI, and governance standards

Lead and support design thinking and process optimization efforts, helping organizations rethink how work gets done with AI

Educate and enable teams by contributing to workshops and trainings that demystify AI concepts and build confidence in new ways of working

Required

Expertise in change management processes and a deep appreciation for its value in enterprise solution adoption
