Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for consulting and leadership roles across the U.S., from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent within the consulting and operational excellence markets
Builds and maintains a strategic LinkedIn presence to strengthen TriVista’s employer brand, engage senior-level consulting talent, and elevate the firm’s visibility through thought leadership and professional influence
Build and maintain long-term relationships with top consulting talent and key industry networks
Collaborate with practice leaders to anticipate hiring needs, define role specifications, and align recruiting strategies with business growth plans
Partner with internal marketing and branding teams to elevate TriVista’s employer brand in the consulting community
Serve as a senior advisor to hiring managers on hiring decisions, market trends, compensation, and candidate evaluation
Evaluate and refine the recruitment process for efficiency, quality, and consistency of candidate experience
Lead recruiting-related projects and initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables align with firm priorities
Mentor and coach recruiters and sourcing specialists to build a high-performing talent acquisition function
Manage and interpret recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.) to inform leadership decisions
Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience reflective of TriVista’s values
Ensure consistent, transparent communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Support hiring leaders in delivering an inclusive, equitable, and structured interview process
Provide recommendations on how to decrease the cost of hire, time to fill, and improve overall candidate experience
Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence to proactively identify consultant pipelines
Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging sourcing tools
Partner with HR and Finance on strategic workforce planning and talent forecasting
Qualification
Required
8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on consulting or professional services recruiting (agency or internal)
Proven success recruiting director-level and above professionals in supply chain, operations, or transformation consulting
Strong network and demonstrated success attracting passive talent
Experience with executive search, retained search, or recruiting agency environments
Exceptional knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern sourcing technologies
Proficient with ATS systems, CRM tools, and data-driven recruitment metrics
Strong business acumen, communication, and influencing skills with executive stakeholders
Intermediate user of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience
Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain certification upon employment
