Responsibilities
Architect, build, and deploy secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract protocols for multi-asset tokenization
Design and build the onchain infrastructure required to bridge traditional financial systems with public blockchains and DeFi ecosystems
Collaborate closely with product managers, financial experts, legal, and operations teams to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into robust smart contract logic and technical specifications
Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for our tokenization platform, ensuring best-in-class security, upgradability, and efficiency
Mentor and train other team members on smart contract engineering best practices
Research and stay at the forefront of tokenization standards, DeFi protocols, and scaling solutions to inform our technical direction
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on Solidity development experience
1+ years of experience deploying and managing smart contracts that have secured significant assets on Ethereum Mainnet or other EVMs
3+ years of experience with backend development (e.g., Go, Node.js, Python) to build supporting services and infrastructure
Deep understanding of smart contract security, gas optimization, upgradability patterns (e.g., proxies), and current industry best practices
Extensive experience with the Ethereum ecosystem and DeFi protocols
Foundational knowledge OR an insatiable curiosity for institutional finance (e.g., capital markets, asset management, financial operations)
A deep and demonstrated interest in digital assets, tokenization, and the future of financial markets
A high degree of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a 'no-task-is-too-small' attitude
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Go
Experience working in FinTech or at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology
Contributions to open-source crypto projects or token standards (e.g., ERCs)
Experience with smart contract formal verification and security auditing
