Responsibilities

Own and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Create high-impact graphics, marketing collateral, social media creatives, infographics, and event materials

Develop visually stunning PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations for executives, sales, and marketing teams

Design engaging animations, motion graphics, and short videos (product explainers, social clips, brand stories)

Collaborate with web and marketing teams to design website elements, landing pages, email templates, and digital ads

Conceptualize, storyboard, and edit videos, working with internal or external production resources

Partner with marketing, product, sales enablement, and web design teams to meet business objectives

Manage creative workflows efficiently to collaborate with global teams, ensuring deadlines are met

Oversee creative vendors, freelancers, and agencies when required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B or startup environment

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, graphic design, and multimedia

Experience in animation, motion graphics, and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

Solid understanding of digital design best practices, including responsive design and web asset optimization

Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills

Proven ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones
