Executive Onboarding Lead

They are seeking an experienced Executive Onboarding Lead to create high-quality onboarding experiences for new executive hires and global team members, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.

Responsibilities
Deliver white-glove onboarding experiences for VP-level and above, including detailed preboarding communication, bespoke welcome agendas, and curated connection points with key leaders
Partner with executive assistants, hiring managers, recruiter, and People team leads to ensure calendars, technology, and resources are prepared ahead of the new hire’s first day
Maintain executive onboarding guides, templates, and schedules tailored to senior-level integration and business immersion
Support the scaling of onboarding programs across international teams and regional offices, ensuring global consistency with localized relevance
Track completion of onboarding milestones across regions and flag potential gaps in experience, tech setup, or communication
Coordinate in-person and virtual new hire orientation sessions for corporate teams on a biweekly cadence
Own scheduling, logistics, communication, and day-of support for all onboarding-related sessions and events
Update and maintain onboarding materials including welcome decks, session agendas, and toolkits using Canva, MS Office, and Articulate Rise
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Recruiting, and People Experience teams to ensure a seamless and consistent experience
Collect feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify experience improvements and process optimizations
Maintain task checklists and onboarding trackers across regions and employee types (corporate, creative, executive, international)
Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding operations using automation and AI tools
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in employee onboarding, HR coordination, or talent experience roles
Experience supporting executive-level onboarding or high-touch talent initiatives
Experience working with international or remote teams across different time zones and cultures
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a passion for creating polished, brand-aligned experiences
Proficiency in MS Office and Canva
Warm, service-oriented presence with the ability to build relationships and represent the Alo brand with care and confidence
Detail-obsessed and able to manage multiple onboarding tracks and deliverables at once
Preferred
Experience with Articulate Rise, Asana, and AI tools like ChatGPT
