Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for Sales and Distribution for process exceptions and corrections
Review daily distribution orders to ensure on-time delivery requirements are met
Audit Sales Order for accuracy and completeness prior to releasing material for shipment
Coordinate with Production Planning and Distribution to ensure product availability and proper order flow
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order-related exceptions
Continuously evaluate processes, procedures and policies to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities
Maintain consistent documentation and transactional accuracy
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree in business-related or technical field required
Proficiency with company software, including QAD, SalesForce, Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with internal and external
