They are seeking a Projects Operations Intern to provide critical administrative and organizational support to the Field Operations team, enabling successful field execution across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with organizing, maintaining, and updating Field Operations documentation
Support preparation and distribution of reports, forms, and field-related records
Help maintain digital files, project folders, and shared resource libraries
Assist with scheduling field technicians, training sessions, and team meetings
Support travel logistics, including tracking itineraries, accommodations, and schedules
Help coordinate equipment, PPE, and inventory needs for field personnel
Track and update safety training records and compliance documentation
Support preparation of safety-related communications and internal reminders
Assist in collecting updates from field teams and preparing weekly summaries
Participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
Support cross-functional communication between Field Operations and other departments

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsInterest in renewable energyDocument management systems

Required

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent tools
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

Preferred

Interest in renewable energy, energy storage, or field operations
Experience with document management systems or workflow software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
