Mid LevelThe Daily Grace Co. is seeking contract writers to develop Christ-centered children’s picture books and/or board books. The role involves creating engaging and biblically faithful stories that resonate with young readers and their families while collaborating with the editorial team.

Responsibilities
Develop biblically faithful, age-appropriate story concepts for picture books or board books
Research, outline, and write a manuscript suitable for children (length varies based on category: typically 150–800 words)
Integrate Scripture, theological clarity, and child-friendly storytelling
Collaborate with the illustrator and editorial team throughout development and revision
Ensure theological alignment with The Daily Grace Co.’s doctrinal commitments
Qualification
Required
Strong grasp of biblical theology and how all of Scripture points to Jesus
Ability to communicate theological concepts simply and engagingly for children
Understanding of child development and age-appropriate storytelling
Creative, imaginative writing voice suitable for picture books or board books
Excellent written communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable with collaborative feedback and revisions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (education, theology, Bible, English, creative writing, or related fields)
