Responsibilities
Servers are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffet and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times
In full-service establishments, Servers greet customers, assign their seats, receive orders, enter orders into the POS, and take payments
Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter
Ensuring that the breakfast buffet always remains well-stocked
Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables
Sweeping and mopping the floors after each meal service
Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and chairs after each meal service
Prepare and serve specialty beverages
Assist the front and back of houses with tasks, including but not limited to: bussing tables, hosting, washing dishes, prep, cleaning and upkeep, etc
Run food from the kitchen to the customers
Alert servers when tables are in need of attention
Greet customers and answer questions when applicable
Keep the prep area fully stocked with cleaned and polished glasses, dinnerware, and flatware. Wash and polish dishes every day
Maintain a sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the front and back areas before and after each meal service
Receive deliveries and stock utilizing the FIFO method
Complete any other tasks given by direct supervisor
