Responsibilities
Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and implement strategies to collect outstanding payments
Manage overdue accounts through customer outreach, complex collections, and coordination with third-party agencies
Negotiate payment plans to recover debts while maintaining positive customer relationships
Assess credit risk, verify financial status, and recommend credit approvals or rejections
Support monthly bad debt reserve assessments and ensure policy compliance
Resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries related to invoices and payments
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required
5+ years of professional experience in credit, collections, or related accounting roles
Solid understanding of collection and accounting concepts
2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with large ERP systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
