Responsibilities

Assist with preparation, coordination and organization of materials for corporate governance (quarterly Board and monthly committee meetings), coordinate meetings and draft minutes, as appropriate

Assist with preparation, drafting, organization, filing and posting of notifications to CFTC, SEC and other regulators, as appropriate

Assist with maintenance and control of corporate rules, policies & procedures

Assist with tracking of regulatory and corporate governance commitments

Prepare confidential weekly reports for distribution to Clearing Participants

Assist with negotiation of new corporate contracts and maintain database of all existing corporate contracts

Assist with monitoring industry regulatory developments

Other duties as assigned
