Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Set up, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for creative, copy, and targeting
Analyze campaign performance and provide insight-driven recommendations
Collaborate with creative teams to request, refine, and ideate high-performing ad assets
Stay current with trends, platform updates, and paid social best practices
Use segmentation and retargeting strategies to boost performance
Generate weekly reports highlighting trends, optimizations, and insights
Communicate recommendations directly with internal stakeholders via Slack
Build client decks as needed
Partner cross-functionally to align paid social strategy with broader marketing objectives
Maintain strong vendor/platform relationships

Required

4+ years of experience managing Meta paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram is a MUST)
2+ years of organic social management experience
Ability to speak confidently about insights, strategy, and optimization rationale
Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar analytics tools
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, analysis)
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Hands-on experience with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Preferred

Experience with TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat ads (nice-to-have but preferred)
Experience creating quick design assets in Canva or similar tools
Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, and modern collaboration platforms
Comfort working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
