They are currently looking for a Crystal Growth Engineer to develop GaN and Ga2O3 growth processes using Kyma's HVPE and MOCVD reactors and work with the sales team to fill customer orders.

Responsibilities
Development and sustainment of Kyma's crystal growth tool process (HVPE and MOCVD) to produce GaN and Ga2O3 products
Execute routine characterization of GaN and Ga2O3 products
Compile and prepare data, reports, presentations, and other documents
Use of JMP, Origin, Excel / MS Suite, KymaNet (data and inventory management system)
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with semiconductor processes and/or semiconductor physics
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Deductive reasoning, critical thinking, and active listening skills
Highly motivated and willing to learn new systems
BS/MS degree in relevant area of study OR 5yrs experience
