Senior Analyst - Corporate Development
Nclusion is a fintech company on a mission to provide financial services to those without access. The Senior Analyst in Corporate Development will shape financial strategy through modeling, forecasting, and strategic M&A support, contributing to the company's global impact.

Responsibilities
Own components of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning
Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to inform business performance and future growth scenarios
Perform variance analysis, identify key drivers, and recommend adjustments to ensure goals remain on track
Support evaluation of potential acquisition and partnership opportunities by conducting financial assessments and building valuation models
Assist in due diligence activities by reviewing financial statements, operational metrics, and market assumptions
Support integration planning by modeling combined financial impacts, identifying cost and revenue synergies, and ensuring M&A analysis aligns with broader forecasts and corporate strategy
Partner with product, operations, regional, and leadership teams to evaluate financial performance and identify growth opportunities
Build business cases for new markets, partnerships, and product initiatives
Conduct market and competitive analyses to assess industry trends and strategic risks
Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, new product economics, and long-term ROI
Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess operational, financial, and impact-related outcomes
Work closely with accounting, data, and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and strong linkage between forecasts and actuals
Partner with the impact team to incorporate community-driven metrics and outcomes into financial evaluations
Produce executive-ready dashboards, analyses, and presentations that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable analysis and guidance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment analysis, or similar roles
Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving
Professional working ability or fluency in French or Spanish
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; strong presentation skills
Preferred
MBA, CFA, or CPA certification
Experience working in high-growth fintech, emerging markets, or impact-driven organizations
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for financial data visualization
