Responsibilities
Partnering with regional sales leaders and frontline sales representatives to enhance sales effectiveness and drive performance
Delivering real-world, hands-on coaching in the field
Reinforcing core sales competencies, supporting quota attainment, and improving conversion rates on new opportunities by working directly with teams in front of customers
Serving as a mobile performance accelerator, embedding with sales teams to develop skills through observation and feedback in live customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales or sales coaching
Demonstrated success in sales performance improvement and coaching
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to travel 50–70% of the time as required by business needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
