Responsibilities
Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, attorney biographies, experience lists, proposals, and website content
Manage complex RFPs, pitches, and client presentations from concept through completion
Collaborate with attorneys to develop and distribute thought leadership, client alerts, and industry insights across digital channels
Oversee rankings and award submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong positioning
Support sponsorships and events, including planning, logistics, and post-event follow-up
Analyze marketing data, track ROI, and provide recommendations for enhancing business development efforts
Serve as a resource and mentor for junior team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
4+ years of marketing and business development experience
Strong writing, project management, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience within a law firm or professional services environment
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
