Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of client service management, including retention strategies and delivery of EPIC resources
Serve as the strategic lead for accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams (loss control, claims) for seamless service delivery
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Proactively address client issues to ensure a consistently high level of service
Build and support coverage comparison tools and reporting dashboards
Perform coverage analysis, contract reviews, and provide tailored insurance program recommendations
Supervise administrative functions delegated to Account Managers and Assistants
Maintain reliable data pipelines for invoicing, renewals, certificates, and stewardship reporting
Drive organic growth through cross-selling and account rounding initiatives
Participate in client meetings and lead presentations as needed

Required

Minimum 5 years' client service experience within the insurance industry
Comprehensive knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance lines
Ability to manage multiple projects across offices and meet deadlines independently
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree required
Valid Property & Casualty Broker's License(s)

Preferred

Professional designations such as CPCU or ARM are considered favorably
