Responsibilities

Develop and prepare recurring reporting for internal Firm needs and various external requests

Support the preparation of materials for various meetings of Firm management

Perform due diligence and other analysis to support Firm initiatives

Respond to ad-hoc requests from Firm leadership at all levels and various internal business professionals

Communicate and prepare responses for external industry publications, including researching and compiling industry benchmarking information

Assist with other efforts and complete special projects as necessary, working closely with peers, Managers and other leadership in the Strategic Planning and Analysis function

Collaborate with colleagues in Accounting and IT on technology-based reporting solutions and enhancements

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance

A minimum of 4 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work harmoniously and effectively with others
