Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using IntelliQA – PaytestLab
Design and run test automation workflows using Eggplant (Functional & Performance)
Build and maintain Python-based automation frameworks
Support continuous test automation coverage for critical business processes
Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to internal teams to accelerate automation adoption
Document test strategies, automation workflows, and best practices
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify gaps and improve test automation effectiveness
Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize scripts for long-term stability
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with IntelliQA – PaytestLab automation solutions
Strong experience with Eggplant automation tools
Proficiency in Python test automation frameworks and scripting
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern test automation practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Ability to work 100% onsite in Des Moines, Iowa
Preferred
Background mentoring teams or accelerating adoption of new testing tools
Retail or POS automation experience
Experience with robotic process automation for UI or device testing
