Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of self-service badging kiosks, printers, and visitor management hardware at Oracle’s Colo, hyperscale, and corporate sites
Ensure robust, scalable, and efficient hardware management for badging and visitor operations that support secure, high-availability access for employees, visitors, and other personnel, including at unattended locations
Reduce operational costs, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain compliance with security and audit requirements on a global scale
Qualification
Required
Experience in overseeing the delivery, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of hardware
Strong understanding of self-service badging kiosks, printers, and visitor management hardware
Ability to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient hardware management
Experience in supporting secure, high-availability access for employees and visitors
Knowledge of operational cost reduction and workflow efficiency improvement
Familiarity with compliance and security audit requirements on a global scale
Fluency in English
