Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services
Inspect vehicle undercarriages, belts, hoses, and filters for wear or potential issues
Assist technicians with diagnostic procedures and minor repairs as needed
Maintain accurate records of service and vehicle conditions
Ensure workstations and tools are clean, organized, and in safe working condition
Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures
Deliver excellent customer service and represent Pennyrile Ford with professionalism
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
Preferred
Previous lube or general technician experience preferred, but not required
