Responsibilities

Collaboration with business stakeholders to identify business opportunities and requirements to develop associated statistical models that deliver useful, actionable recommendations, or which augment human capabilities in various work settings

Modeling complex business and engineering problems, discovering insights and deploying AI capabilities using machine learning and associated feature engineering techniques

Tracking projects and driving work on them through to completion, as well as implementing best technical practices from the fields of machine learning and software engineering

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience, with 2 years of professional experience; or a related Master's degree

Previous experience building machine learning models by way of work, projects, courses, etc

Experience with developing software and software engineering best practices, specifically python

Must have strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be a US citizen

Preferred

Experience with natural language processing techniques

Experience in applying deep learning, especially CNNs, RNNS, LSTMs, and reinforcement learning

Experience with integration of data products into customer applications

Experience with or knowledge of data engineering

Experience with or knowledge of AWS

Experience in manufacturing and/or engineering processes

Story-telling and data visualization

Experience with UI/UX and/or human-machine interaction

Experience with SQL
