Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through research, outreach, and relationship building
Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and calls) to connect with decision-makers at marketing-led, performance-driven brands
Lead discovery conversations, identify client needs, and position Acceler8 as the right growth partner
Create and present tailored proposals that communicate our value clearly and confidently
Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategy, pricing models, and proposal materials
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of pipeline progress, outreach activity, and conversion rates
Represent Acceler8 at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in media, advertising, or performance marketing agencies
Ability to sell marketing services by understanding how agencies deliver results
Comfortable discussing paid media, performance strategy, creative testing, and what sets great campaigns apart
Builder's mindset and hands-on approach from cold outreach to closing
Curious, strategic, and tenacious in building relationships and winning new business
Living in Canada
