Responsibilities
Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale
Handling, and having comfortable knowledge in: A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks
Having hands-on experience with the closing process, if becoming licensed
Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers
Backing up on closings, after becoming licensed, as requested by Closer or management
Keeping Esc. Officer license active and CE credits up to date, after becoming licensed
Qualification
Required
A High School diploma or equivalent is required
Must successfully apply for Escrow Officer License once onboard with the Company
A minimum of 4 years of Escrow experience, frontend and backend/funding, required
Great written and verbal communication skills required
Able to work proficiently with technology and in fast paced environment
Microsoft Suite proficient, including Outlook
This position works at the office - not a work from home position
Preferred
Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required
