Responsibilities
Using a selling not telling approach, answer all inquiries from prospective applicants in a timely manner through outbound calls, texts, emails and other channels
Utilize Tenstreet applicant tracking platform to manage applicant pipeline
Ensure personal follow-up with all leads
Communicate with Recruiting leadership, relaying any friction that may delay the hiring process
Provide detailed hiring notes for each applicant selected or declined
Perform such duties and assume other responsibilities as may be required and directed by the manager
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of recruiting or sales experience
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to think and react quickly while maintaining a high rate of accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Self-starter, with the ability to set and communicate goals
Self-Starter—the ability to complete tasks and objectives independently
Detail Oriented—the ability to keep multiple tasks organized and quickly refer to multiple sources of data in an accurate and timely manner
Verbal & Written communication—the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in all situations
Problem solving—the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Judgment—the individual displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions
Preferred
Experience with Tenstreet ATS preferred
