Responsibilities
Manage small to mid-sized water/wastewater projects with oversight from senior project managers
Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards
Serve as a day-to-day client contact, helping facilitate meetings, gather project information, and provide basic project updates
Coordinate internal design efforts by assigning tasks to engineers and technicians and monitoring progress
Support QA/QC by reviewing plans, calculations, and technical deliverables
Prepare design documents, reports, cost estimates, and permitting packages
Coordinate with public agencies, utilities, subconsultants, and regulatory reviewers
Contribute to proposal development by assisting with technical content, resumes, project descriptions, and cost inputs
Track project performance, help prepare invoicing, and maintain accurate project documentation
Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting communication, problem-solving, and efficient project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in water/wastewater, municipal infrastructure, or related infrastructure projects
EIT required
Experience working with municipalities, utilities, or public-sector agencies
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work directly with clients under moderate guidance
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain project momentum
A collaborative mindset with interest in developing leadership and project management skills
Preferred
PE license preferred or actively in progress
