Hong Lab - Junior or Assistant Specialist

Responsibilities
Perform informatics research to develop computational tools and analyses related to personalized oncology care
Data management
Implementation and programming of computational tools including machine learning/deep learning algorithms
Collaboration with other members of the lab and affiliated groups
Support administrative tasks on the team
Work closely with other lab members
Participate in lab meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Conduct data analyses
Prepare for presentations at lab meeting and journal club
Qualification
Required
Junior Specialist - Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent degree) or at least four years of research experience
Assistant Specialist - Master's degree or a baccalaureate degree with 3 or more years of research experience
Curriculum Vitae - CV must clearly list current and/or pending qualifications (e.g. board eligibility/certification, medical licensure, etc.)
