Finance Systems and Support Analyst - Corporate Office
Coury Hospitality is a company specializing in lifestyle boutique hotels and restaurants. They are seeking a Finance Systems and Support Analyst to provide technical support, manage helpdesk tickets, and ensure smooth operations of financial systems across the organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for finance system questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Manage, prioritize, and resolve helpdesk tickets for Accounting and ERP systems
Maintain an organized ticket queue and ensure timely follow-up
Identify recurring issues and escalate patterns that may require process or system adjustments
Support daily operations of enterprise financial systems and their integrations
Perform system configurations, routine maintenance, and data integrity checks
Execute defined tasks related to system changes and integrations
Assist with user setup, permissions, and system access requests
Support integrations between finance systems and connected upstream and downstream platforms such as procurement, AP, payroll, and labor management
Validate data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and monitor information flows
Document integration behaviors, mappings, and support procedures
Create and maintain clear, approachable documentation for processes, policies, workflows, and system usage
Write materials that are accessible to users with varying experience and a wide range of technical skills
Participate in process documentation and optimization initiatives to support efficiency and consistency
Execute the operational components of projects, including system updates, integrations, testing, and rollouts, based on tasks scoped by the department
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
Support the seamless transition of system changes and process updates into daily operations
Engage in hands-on learning across financial systems, integrations, and data structures
Work within a flexible mentorship environment that encourages exploration and proactive problem-solving
Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Comfort with complex math, logic, and data— you don't need to be an accountant, but analytical thinking and quantitative reasoning are essential
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros/scripts), plus demonstrated curiosity and capacity to self-learn new skills as needed
Ability to thrive on analytical problem-solving while reliably completing repetitive or structured tasks
Strong organizational skills to maintain structure and follow-up across multiple helpdesk requests
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, accessible technical documentation for users with varying levels of experience
Preferred
Hospitality industry experience is strongly preferred
Prior experience with hospitality, financial, or operational systems is helpful
Experience in application support, helpdesk, or system administration is a plus
