Responsibilities

Advising on and implementing process improvements that empower our teams and support our growth
Developing process automation to streamline cross-functional collaboration
Collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver impactful outcomes
Driving strategic decisions by analyzing complex data and managing critical projects
Continuously enhancing your skills in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder collaboration

Required

A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university in Management, Finance, or Computer Science
3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, consulting, or investment banking)
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with data-driven decision-making
Proven ability to break down complex problems and execute clear action plans
Experience creating guidelines and SOPs for business processes and defining infrastructure for process automation
Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and confidence when engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in English, with a results-driven, user-first mindset
