Responsibilities

Assist with quarterly financial statements, experience handling AR

AP, Client billing, and correspond with vendors and processing of invoice payments

The Assistant Controller will prepare numerous Microsoft Excel schedules, assist with payroll, bank recs, and more

Additional administrative tasks include mail, scanning, and filing

Qualification

Required

Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

Strong accounting and analytical skills

Experience handling AR

Experience with AP, Client billing, and processing of invoice payments

Ability to prepare numerous Microsoft Excel schedules

Experience assisting with payroll and bank reconciliations
