Responsibilities
Manage incoming child care referrals and review for program and supportive service eligibility
Ensure all required information is accurately entered into the case management systems and the child care database
Assign and distribute cases to Child Care Specialists to ensure timely customer engagement
Host and co-host virtual child care intake sessions
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Strong customer service etiquette, including professional communication and effective interpersonal skills
Comprehensive knowledge of company services with the ability to clearly articulate and address related inquiries
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to recognize, handle, and maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information
Proficiency in modern office procedures and computer applications
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with external child care agencies
Ability to work in office full time
Residency in San Diego County is required
Preferred
College degree preferred
Background in social services is a plus
