Automotive Service Advisor
Mark Kia in Scottsdale is currently seeking a service advisor to join our high volume dealership. The role involves scheduling appointments, advising customers on repairs, and ensuring they are informed throughout the service process.

Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
Greet customers, inspect their vehicle and answer questions
Advise customers on necessary/suggested repair options and costs
Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
Qualification
Required
General automotive operational knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good computer skills and work ethic
A positive attitude and professional appearance
Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
Must be able to work Saturday's
Preferred
