InfraTech Solutions is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Engineer to support and enhance a complex enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. The role involves designing, implementing, automating, and supporting core Windows, virtualization, cloud, and messaging platforms.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022+)

Ensure stability, performance tuning, patching, and high availability

Support enterprise storage platforms including Dell PowerScale and vSAN

Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Exchange messaging infrastructure

Support AWS and Azure cloud environments

Administer VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V

Manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency

Lead system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and deployments

Design and implement new infrastructure components and enhancements

Implement security controls and monitoring

Support compliance initiatives and disaster recovery planning/testing

Serve as the senior escalation point for complex system issues (Tier 3/4)

Perform root cause analysis and long-term remediation

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams

Adhere to operational standards, change control, and infrastructure best practices
