Manager, Enterprise Platforms - HRIS
Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Manager for their Enterprise Platforms – HRIS to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of their HR technology systems. This role involves strategic oversight of HRIS and related platforms, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance employee experience through innovation and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR technology systems—including HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning platforms—to ensure scalability, integration, and operational excellence
Serves as a people leader who mentors, empowers, and develops team members, promoting a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
Partners with HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance leaders to align HR systems with business objectives, ensuring seamless data flow, compliance, and process efficiency across the employee lifecycle
Leverages AI, automation, and analytics to improve workforce planning, talent forecasting, and engagement insights that drive strategic HR decision-making
Oversees data governance, system security, and configuration management to ensure accuracy, compliance with employment regulations, and protection of sensitive employee information
Continuously evaluates and matures Empower’s HR systems landscape to identify opportunities for process efficiency, digital adoption, and enhanced employee experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing or administering HRIS or HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and/or related technologies) within a multi-site or regulated environment, including at least 5 years managing a team supporting these systems
Minimum of 3 years of direct people leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and manage high-performing teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration required
Demonstrated success leading large-scale HR technology implementations or upgrades, including data integrations and process automation initiatives
Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and analytics, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and talent management systems
Experience utilizing AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics to optimize workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
Proven track record of leading and inspiring people through vision, communication, and accountability, fostering engagement and professional growth across cross-functional teams
Preferred
Master's degree or certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, PMP, or Workday Pro Certification
