Accurately enter invoices into Accounts Payable for all vendor invoices
Help implement standardized accounts payable processes
Ensure Positive pay is utilized for applicable payments
Reconcile accounts payable and related general ledger accounts monthly
Reconcile invoice batches
Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors and plants
Review and process expense reports for payment
File paid invoices and statements
Month end closing support and schedule prep
Prepare accruals with back-up documentation
Qualification
Required
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions
Verifying invoices
Processing payments
Reconciling vendor accounts
Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
Work closely with various departments to resolve any discrepancies
Accurately enter invoices into Accounts Payable for all vendor invoices
Help implement standardized accounts payable processes
