Responsibilities

Development of device prototyping and process development for Kyma’s device efforts as well as customer’s processing requirements
Compile and prepare data, reports, presentations, and other documents
Use of JMP, Origin, Excel / MS Suite, KymaNet (data and inventory management system)
Interface directly with internal and external customers to understand project requirements and communicate fabrication plans

Required

Familiarity with Power Electronics and Semiconductor Physics
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Able to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision
Deductive reasoning, critical thinking, and active listening skills
Highly motivated and willing to learn new systems
5+ years' experience or MS/PhD in relevant area of study
US Green Card or Permanent Residents only, please

Preferred

Semiconductor cleanroom experience, particularly III-N or other WBG semiconductor processing experience is a plus
