Account Executive
Highwire is the Contractor Success Platform for asset owners, general contractors, and facilities managers. They are seeking an Account Executive to find and close new business while helping owners and builders manage contractor risk effectively. This role involves building a pipeline, developing executive relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to support sales strategy.

Responsibilities
Hit revenue targets by closing new business and expanding existing accounts through up-sells and cross-sells
Build and manage pipeline by proactively sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, and managing deals from first touch to close
Develop executive relationships with key stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility that supports long-term growth
Partner cross-functionally to shape and strengthen sales strategy, refine messaging, and ensure alignment with company goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, particularly in closing new business and expanding existing accounts
Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline by proactively sourcing leads and qualifying prospects
Strong relationship-building skills to develop executive relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to partner cross-functionally to shape and strengthen sales strategy
Prepared and strategic in interactions and follow-ups
Curious and coachable, eager to understand industries and clients
Money-motivated and competitive with a drive to exceed goals
Self-sufficient and able to own deals end-to-end
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage shifting inputs
