Responsibilities

Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and construction professionals
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
Manage contracts and oversee the procurement of materials and services
Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and quality control
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions to prevent delays or budget overruns
Allocate resources efficiently to optimize project performance
Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Required

10+ years of related onsite construction management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety regulations
Experience in contract management and negotiations
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
