Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
Qualification
Required
Work authorization for the location is required
Speaking, writing and reading English is required
Availability to work overnight shifts required
Candidate must have authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Previous experience in a luxury, fast paced environment
High organizational skills
Flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts including overnight, holidays and weekends
