Talent Executive Assistant, CNN
CNN is seeking a Talent Executive Assistant to partner with one of its most high-profile and in-demand correspondents. The role involves supporting the talent with non-editorial needs, maintaining their calendar, arranging travel, and collaborating with executives to ensure a productive schedule.

Responsibilities
Support all non-editorial needs of the talent, including – but not limited to – maintaining their calendar, arranging travel and reconciling expense reports
Collaborate with CNN executives, producers and PR to schedule shoots, promotional opportunities and other professional commitments
Maintain a “30,000-foot view” of the talent’s extensive priorities and shifting responsibilities; work to ensure their schedule is as productive and efficient as possible
Screen and, when appropriate, answer phone calls and emails sent to the talent
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
To thrive in this role, you should be meticulously organized, detail-oriented and able to self-start, prioritize and multitask
You need to have good business judgment and maintain confidentiality, as well as your composure, under pressure
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills will ensure your success
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple/iOS products, Slack and Zoom
Preferred
3+ years' of administrative assistant experience preferred
Experience in media, news, digital, and/or entertainment industry preferred
A bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, as well as five years' experience working with talent and/or senior management, are preferred
